In order to correctly ensure I made all of the points I wanted to form a solid argument to conclude my essay, I made a concise plan. The process of doing such consisted of reading through each of the points previously made, and evaluating which each said to be able to point me in the direction of making an argument that could be substantially supported by the information and statistics mentioned within the essay.
My overarching argument to conclude states that evolving consumer culture, does force brands to refresh, in order to remain relevant to their consumer; and thus continue trading within their position of the market. This effect can be seen as a direct and indirect cause of brands refreshing, even in terms where they are now using new media to retain their visual identity, they are forced into doing so through the evolution of the way that consumers are consuming their product.
